Emergency Links

Below are links to organizations that respond to emergencies, at the local, national or international level. Click on the links to find out how these organizations are responding to disasters and to learn how you can get involved.

When people, regardless of background, access specific disaster training prior to an emergency, their ability to contribute during an actual emergency increases tremendously. And some organizations demand such training before you can get involved. If you are interested in emergency-preparedness training, contact your local Red Cross or St. John Ambulance office.
